Heating is more efficient when using zone by zone. In most cases, underfloor heating is used and divided into zones room by room, with a thermostat that controls each specific zone. Therefore, heating is only supplied to the room when it is necessary, reducing the amount of energy needed. However, conventional radiator systems tend to heat up throughout the house at once, based on a central thermostat.
